On approving reports on termination of activity of unit investment funds

On 28 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to approve a report on the termination of activity of the credit closed-end unit investment fund University managed by the closed joint-stock company NIK Razvitie Management Company and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

to approve a report on the termination of activity of the closed-end real estate unit investment fund FOURTH NATIONAL and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

to approve a report on the termination of activity of the open-end equity unit investment fund BCS — Fund Khalyal and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.
