On Bank of Russia decisions

On 28 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based non-profit organisation Non-governmental Pension Fund LUKOIL — GARANT;

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the Lipetsk-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Social Development due to a change of name (previous name: open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Social Development);

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based joint-stock company Management Company RAM Investments due to a change of name (previous name: closed joint-stock company Management Company RAM Investments);

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of the Moscow-based specialized depository of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds Gazprombank, joint-stock company.
