Оn changing and reissuing forms of insurance licences

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To change the forms of insurance licences of the following entities:

PPF Life Insurance, limited liability company;

VERNA Insurance Company, limited liability company;

To reissue a licenceto perform mediation activity as an insurance broker to the Global Insurance Solutions Insurance Broker, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
