On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licence of professional securities market participant due to the application of the following entities:

Licence No. 086-03892-001000, dated 13 December 2000, to carry out securities management issued to the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Khanty-Mansiysk Bank Otkritie (TIN 8601000666);

Licences No. 077-10328-010000, dated 3 July 2007, to carry out dealer activity and No. 077-10331-001000, dated 3 July 2007, to carry out securities management issued to the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Investment Company Sozidanie-99 (TIN 7705026931);

Licence No. 078-12652-001000, dated 29 October 2009, to carry out securities management issued to the Saint Petersburg-based Svinin & Partners Management Company, limited liability company (TIN 7806138649).
