to recognise invalid the issues on series BO-01 and BO-05 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange traded bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company Promsvyazbank, the identification numbers are 4B02-01-03251-B and 4B02-05-03251-B of 30 July 2010;
to refuse to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tuchkovo Building Materials Plant placed through private subscription;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Krasny Gydropress placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33508-Е-003D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tupolev placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04640-А-003D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Dagestan Development Corporation placed through acquisition of shares by the sole founder of the joint-stock company;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Blagovest placed through allocation of shares;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AFROMET placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15912-А-001D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage backed housing bearer bonds of Mortgage Agent Absolut 3, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-01-36457-R;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Corporation of the Samara Region placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04407-Е-003D;
to register issues of series 07 and 08 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 07 and 08 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company First Collection Bureau placed through public subscription,
To assign state registration numbers 4-07-32831-F and 4-08-32831-F to the issues of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Stavropol Radio Manufacturing Plant Signal placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-30990-Е-003D;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Aviation Holding Company Sukhoi placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50050-А-012D;
to register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Khakas Aluminium Smelter placed through exchange of authorised capital shares of participants of the limited liability company under transformation into shares of the joint-stock company established through transformation, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-80153-N;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Federal Freight placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55473-Е-002D;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific Research Institute of Energy Structures placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04124-А-001D of 11 January 2013;
to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 09 and 10 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-09-55038-Е and 4-10-55038-Е of 27 December 2012, and to the prospectus of series 07, 08, 09 and 10 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Federal Hydro-Generating Company — RusHydro placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-07-55038-Е, 4-08-55038-Е, 4-09-55038-Е and 4-10-55038-Е of 27 December 2012;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Avrora Scientific and Production Association placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-04791-D-006D;
to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Ural’s Financial House placed through allocation of shares,
To assign state registration number 1-01-50325-А to the issue of securities.
