To resume the issue and to register the placement report of the issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Uralsib 02 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-03-82411-H;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Federal Cargo Company placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-55473-E-002D to the additional securities issue;

To register an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds of the limited liability company Mortgage Agent Absolute 3 placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 4-01-36457-R to the securities issue;

To register the placement report of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Severalmaz placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00119-D-009D;

To register the placement report of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Housing Company placed through conversion of shares into the ones of the same category (type) with lower par value, the state registration number of the issue is 1-02-50153-A;

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Development Agency of the Novosibirsk Region placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12035-F-007D;

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund Defence Industrial Fund Named after V.V. Livanov placed through share allocation,

To assign state registration number 1-01-50207-A to the securities issue.
