On issuing copy of qualification certificate

On 30June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series KA qualification certificate No. 002239 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 12/P, dated 15 March 2005) of qualification corresponding to the position of SECURITIES MARKET SPECIALIST to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management to Maxim A. Rastorguyev (the city of Moscow).
