On securities issue

On 30 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to refuse state registration of an issue and report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of open joint-stock company Polizhus (the city of Moscow) placed through acquisition of shares by the joint-stock company’s sole founder;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Constellation Concern (the city of Voronezh) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55161-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company VEB-Leasing (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-43801-Н-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Holding VTB Capital (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-80121-N-004D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Resorts of Northern Caucasus (the Stavropol Territory) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55475-Е-003D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gazprom Teploenergo (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-09492-А-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Prepreg — Modern Composites (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-70537-Н-001D;

to register amendments in the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Penza Greenhouse Complex (the Penza Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04423-Е-001D;

to register amendments in the decision on the issue and in the prospect of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Structural Investments 1 Special Purpose Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36451-R;

to register amendments in the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Management Systems (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14608-А-003D;

to include the closed joint-stock company VTB Capital (the city of Moscow) to the list of entities acting in the capacity of bondholders’ representatives.
