On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1486, dated 29 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to My Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3895, location: 57 bldg. 2, Dubininskaya Street, 115054 Moscow, TIN 7714508723; PSRN 1037739837585, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. 1232, dated 3 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Alexander Ye. Kublikov (mailing address: P.O.Box 51, 107014 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Association of Receivers Vozrozhdenie (11 Stromynka Street, 107014 Moscow) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
