On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution joint-stock company METROBANK or JSC METROBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2548, date of registration — 29 October 1993) (Order No. OD-1210, dated 1 June 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1211, dated 1 June 2015) to appoint from 1 June 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company METROBANK for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Alexandre V. Sychev, chief economist of financial monitoring section of Branch 4 Moscow, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company METROBANK.

The provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company METROBANK also includes: S.N. Sokolov, M.V. Trokhalev, V.A. Gryaznov, V.V. Izmaylov, Ye.Yu. Bakunovich, N.S. Kuzmina, O.V. Boyev, L.B. Gibay, Ye.A. Sharpova, V.M. Tarasov, I.P. Strokov, N.V. Bondareva, S.V. Belyakova, L.A. Borisenko, Yu.N. Aksenov, N.L. Danchenko.
