On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of a banking licence from the Tyumen-based credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Siberian Oil Bank or OJSC SIBNEFTEBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 385, date of registration — 6 September 1991) (Order No. OD-1206, dated 1 June 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1207, dated 1 June 2015) to appoint from 1 June 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Siberian Oil Bank for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Oleg A. Skorokhodov, chief economist of the credit institution licencing and liquidation sector of the banking supervision section of the Tyumen Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Siberian Oil Bank.
