On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 20 March 2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 622, date of registration — 29 October 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-695, dated 1 April 2015) to terminate from 2 April 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-190, dated 29 January 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank AKADEMICHESKY RUSSKIY BANK, Limited Liability Company, or CB AkademRusBank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
