Bank of Russia submits draft Monetary Policy Guidelines for 2027–2029 to State Duma

In this strategic document, the Bank of Russia explains its approaches to implementing monetary policy and presents a baseline and three alternative forecast scenarios for the next three years. Earlier, the draft was approved by the Russian Government and submitted to the President of the Russian Federation.
The new version takes into account the key rate decision made on 11 September 2026. Additionally, it includes a box on fiscal policy in 2026–2029, the calendar of key rate decisions for 2027, as well as updated statistics and other data.
