Number of companies accepting SBP payments reaches three million
In 2025, the number of businesses accepting payments via the Faster Payments System (SBP) went up by 36%. People were increasingly using this cashless payment method. Specifically, from January to December 2025, the number of payments via the SBP rose 1.4 times to exceed 5 billion.
Funds transfers between individuals remained the most popular type of transactions in the system, with their daily number approaching 35 million.
Companies’ preferences shifted towards the SBP, including for payment transfers from insurers and brokers. As a result, last year, the number and amount of such transfers went up 1.2 times and 1.7 times, respectively.
