The Bank of Russia Board of Directors has made a decision allowing banks to apply the reduced 50% risk ratio when calculating the maximum risk concentration (N6, N7, N21, and N25).
This decision is applicable to claims and contingent credit liabilities to non-financial organisations for which a bank will increase the portfolio of claims by over 10 billion rubles from 1 March through 31 May 2022.
The scope of this measure has expanded as compared to the parameters published earlier. Now, this support measure covers the claims of not only resident companies, but also non-residents.
