Starting from 25 July 2014 the Bank of Russia does not set interest rates for suspended operations.
Lombard auctions for all terms are temporarily suspended by the Bank of Russia from February 1, 2014
* Since April, 30th, 2010 the Bank of Russia has changed the Lombard loan auction instrument for 2 weeks to the Lombard loan auction instrument for 7 calendar days.
** Since October, 1st, 2010 the Bank of Russia has suspended extension of Lombard loans for the term of 6 months.
*** From April 30th, 2010 to April 1st, 2012 the Bank of Russia suspended extension of loans for the term of 12 months.
The auction is held on a quarterly basis in accordance with the decision of the Bank of Russia Monetary Policy Committee with settlement next working day.
**** Since January, 1, 2011 the Bank of Russia has changed the name of the Monetary Policy refinancing (lending) instrument to – the Lombard loan auction instrument for the term of 1 week.
