2004: graduated from the Department of Economics of the Voronezh State University with a degree in finance.

2008: MBA in bank management from the Federal State Higher Education Professional Institution Financial Academy under the Russian Federation Government.

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

2003–2004: Economist of the Foreign Exchange Regulation and Foreign Exchange Control Section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Voronezh Region.

2004–2012: held various positions in the Inspection Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Voronezh Region.

2012–2013: Chief Expert of the Internal Audit Section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Voronezh Region.

2013–2015: Auditor of the Central European Centre for Internal Audit of the Bank of Russia Chief Auditor’s Service of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Voronezh Region.

2015–2016: Head of the Risk Analysis and Internal Controls Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District.

2016–2017: Head of the Division for Supervision Arrangement and Monitoring of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District.

2017–2022: Deputy Head of the Service for Ongoing Banking Supervision of the Bank of Russia.

Since 3 February 2022: Head of the Bank of Russia Chief Inspection.

Was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Bank of Russia.
