Education

2003: graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a degree in finance and credit.

Career

2004–2008: Analyst, Senior Analyst, Head of Section for relations with federal executive authorities at the Budget Relations Research Center LLC.

2008–2012: Head of Section of the Targeted Planning Methodology in the Department of Strategic Management (Programmes) and Budgeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Management (Programmes) and Budgeting, Director of the Department of Common Economic Space, Director of the Department of Economic Cooperation and Integration with CIS Countries at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

2012–2013: Deputy Chief of the Presidential Experts’ Directorate.

2013: was awarded the civil service rank of Actual State Counsellor 2nd Class of the Russian Federation.

2013: appointed Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Russia.

2014–2018: Director of the Collective Investment and Trust Management Department of the Bank of Russia.

Since May 2018: Director of the Insurance Market Department of the Bank of Russia.

Since 17 January 2022: Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia.

Member of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors (since 21 April 2022).
