Gulnara Khaidarshina

Born on 29 August 1983 in Pskov.

Education

2005: graduated with honours from the Pskov State Polytechnic Institute with a degree in finance and credit.

2009: completed postgraduate studies at the financial management department of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Author of two monographs and over 30 research articles in peer-reviewed scholarly journals included in the List of the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles; awardee of Russian economic research competitions.

She has a good command of the English language. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

2006–2008: worked in Pskov and Saint Petersburg branches of Russian commercial banks.

2008–2023: worked in Gazprombank at various positions, including Chief Economist for CIS, Deputy Head and Acting Head of the Market Analysis Department.

From November 2023: Director of the Bank of Russia’s Department for Cooperation with International Organisations.
