Interbank commissions (IBC) paid by a payee’s credit institution to a payer’s credit institution when transferring funds from bank accounts (deposits) of an individual to a special account of a financial platform operator (FPO) for crediting these funds to an account of such individual via the faster payment service of the Bank of Russia payment system (FPS), effective from 1 November 2021
