Born on 24 June 1982 in Moscow.

Education

He received a bachelor’s degree from the Higher School of Economics in 2003 and a master’s degree in 2005, majoring in economics.

He holds INSEAD MBA degree, and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certificates.

Career

2004–2014: Economist, Leading Economist, Chief Economist, Head of Sector, Economic Adviser at the Market Operations Department of the Bank of Russia.

2014–2018: Head of Division, Deputy Director of the Collective Investment and Trust Management Department of the Bank of Russia.

2018: appointed as Deputy Director of the Insurance Market Department of the Bank of Russia.

2022: appointed as acting Director of the Insurance Market Department of the Bank of Russia.

Since 12 April 2023: Director of the Insurance Market Department of the Bank of Russia.

Since 2019, he is a member of the Policy Development Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS).
