On refinancing investment project loans

The Bank of Russia took a decision to refinance loans for investment projects selected in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 1044, dated 11 October 2014, ‘On Approving the Programme to Support Investment Projects Implemented on the Territory of the Russian Federation on the Basis of Project Financing’.

Refinancing of these loans will be implemented under the new refinancing mechanism established this April, that allowed banks to use the rights of claim on loans to finance investment projects selected in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 1016, dated 14 December 2010, as collateral on Bank of Russia loans.
