New Bank of Russia commemorative banknote enters circulation

On 22 May 2018 the Bank of Russia issues a 100 ruble commemorative banknote of 2018 to mark the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Up to 20.4 million notes will be brought into circulation.
This commemorative note is legal tender in the Russian Federation and must be accepted at face value as an official means of payment, for bank deposit and transfer throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
