On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 107 (1941) of 13 December 2017 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section presents information on the registration and licensing of credit institutions as of 1 December 2017.

The Bulletin presents consolidated statistics on top 30 Russian banks as of 1 November 2017, and also information on the value of assets and equity capital of credit institutions as of 1 November 2017.

The issue publishes a list of credit institutions entitled to open accounts and secured (covered) letters of credit, to enter into bank account and bank deposit agreements with business entities of strategic significance for the defence and industrial complex and for the security of the Russian Federation, and with companies directly or indirectly controlled by them, on grounds stipulated by Parts 1 and 2 of Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, as of 1 November 2017.

The Bulletin presents lists of credit institutions complying with the requirements set forth by Russian Government resolutions as of 1 November 2017.

The issue publishes information on operating credit institutions with the participation of non-residents as of 1 October 2017.
