On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 1 (1955) of 12 December 2018 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section presents consolidated statistics on top 30 Russian banks as of 1 December 2017. Data are given on assets and capital of credit institutions as of 1 December 2017.

The issue publishes the list of credit institutions entitled to open accounts and secured (covered) letters of credit, to enter into bank account and bank deposit agreements with business entities of strategic significance for the defence and industrial complex and for the security of the Russian Federation, and with companies directly or indirectly controlled by them, on grounds stipulated by Parts 1 and 2 of Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, as of 1 December 2017.

The issue also presents lists of credit institutions complying with the requirements set forth by Russian Government resolutions as of 1 November 2017.

The Deposit Insurance Agency’s information notice for Bank Solidarnost depositors is published.

The issue further publishes information of the Depositor Protection Fund, an autonomous non-profit organisation, on the acquisition of claims to the amount exceeding 700,000 rubles and additional compensation payments made to depositors through the funds of the 8th asset contribution of the Republic of Crimea.

The Non-bank Financial Institutions section publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3720, dated 28 December 2017, on the revocation of the insurance and reinsurance licences of Joint-stock Company AHML Insurance.
