On launch of reorganisation procedure of credit institutions through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia announces the initiation of the procedure to reorganise the Moscow-based Modern Standards of Business Commercial Bank LLC or CB SSTB LLC (registration No. 3397), through merger with the Moscow-based FIN TRUST BANK Commercial Bank Limited or FINTRUSTBANK CB Ltd. (registration No. 3104).
