Actual Bank of Russia’s standard STO BR BFBO-1.5-2023 governs the forms and the terms of cooperation between credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions and national payment system subjects and the Bank of Russia in cases provided for by Russian legislation, in particular, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia.
