The issue publishes Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5117-U, dated 4 April 2019, ‘On the Forms, Timelines and Procedure for Professional Securities Market Participants, Trade Organisers, Clearing Companies and Entities Acting as Central Counterparties to Compile and Submit Statements and Other Information to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 22.08.2019).
