If an entity considers its inclusion in the list unreasonable, it has the right to file an application to the Bank of Russia to be delisted, submitting information and documents confirming that it has no signs of unlawful activities in the financial market and documents certifying the applicant’s powers to act on behalf of the entity.

To exclude an Internet project from the list, it is also necessary to submit documents confirming the rights to use the Internet resource (in particular, the domain name of the site), post information and administer the resource.

The application can be filed to the Bank of Russia through the online reception or by post to the address: 12 Neglinnaya Street, 107016 Moscow.
