Provisional administration of the Togliatti Non-governmental Pension Fund Municipal implements its functions

While implementing its functions, the provisional administration to manage the Togliatti Non-governmental Pension Fund Municipal (hereinafter, the Fund) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1114, dated 27 April 2018, due to cancellation of the Fund’s licence to perform the activity related to pension provision and pension insurance, revealed the circumstances which are indicative of the actions aimed at withdrawal of the Fund’s assets.

The Bank of Russia submitted the information on the financial transactions bearing the evidence of criminal offences to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for consideration and procedural decision making.
