On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-998 dated 13 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-stock Company Bank Navigator or OJSC Bank Navigator Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1255 dated 2 June 2014):

— to withdraw Irina Merkulova, leading economist of the credit institution licencing and financial rehabilitation section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Ulyanovsk Region, Olga Pigalina, category 1 economist of the commercial bank supervision section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Ulyanovsk Region, Elena Zinina, leading economist of the accounting and settlements section of the Dimitrovgrad-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Ulyanovsk Region, Andrey Pugach, category 1 engineer of the Administrative Department of the Dimitrovgrad-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Ulyanovsk Region, Oleg Parkhomenko, chief legal adviser of the legal section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Volgograd Region, and Anush Veroyants, leading economist of the banking supervision section of the Credit Institution Supervision Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Volgograd Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Navigator from 2 June 2014;

— to introduce Alla Rodionova, chief legal adviser of the legal section of the Volgograd Regional Division, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Navigator from 2 June 2014.
