Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 73-74 (2027-2028) of 27 September 2018 has been released.

The issue publishes Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4838-U, dated 27 June 2018, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3624-U, Dated 15 April 2015, ‘On the Requirements for the Risk and Capital Management System of a Credit Institution or a Banking Group’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 10.09.2018).
