Bank of Russia Bulletin released

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 88 (2042) of 12 December 2018 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section presents consolidated statistics on top 30 Russian banks as of 1 October 2018.

It features the list of credit institutions complying with the requirements established in Parts 1-1.2 and 1.5 of Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, Clause 8 and Paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Clause 9 of Article 24.1 of Federal Law No. 161-FZ, dated 14 November 2002, and Russian Government Resolution No. 706, dated 20 June 2018, as of 1 November 2018.

The Bulletin presents lists of credit institutions complying with the requirements set forth by Russian Government resolutions as of 1 November 2018.

The Bulletin publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-3137, dated 07.12.2018, on amending the Appendix to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2954, dated 14 November 2018;

No. OD-3138, dated 07.12.2018, on the termination of activity of provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution JSCB Moscow Bill Bank (JSC);
