On personnel changes

By Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, Alisa Melnikova has been appointed as Director of the Bank of Russia Financial Technology Department from 9 January 2018. She previously held the position of Director of the Bank of Russia Financial Technology, Projects and Process Management Department.

Valery Kazarin has been appointed as Director of the Bank of Russia Projects and Processes Department for a period from 9 January 2018 provisionally until 30 April 2018. He previously held the position of Head of the Process Office of the Bank of Russia Financial Technology, Projects and Process Management Department.
